Wapped-Out was the web design company behind 4clubbers.net - the resource pool and community/industry platform for online clubbers. The name Wapped-Out came from WAP - a technology that enables mobile phones to access the Internet.

4clubbers began life as one of our first WAP sites. The idea was that clubbers would be able to get club listings, info and news whilst on the move. We later decided to produce a 4clubbers website to accompany the WAP site, and it turned out to be hugely popular. It's now getting more than 33,000 unique visits and literally millions of hits, every month.

We have ceased to trade as Wapped-Out and now dedicate our time to 4clubbers because it gets a hell of a lot of traffic and it's a lot of fun.

We're still interested in the mobile phone as media platform, having recently set up a web-WAP integrated discussion forum - which can be vieved via a WAP phone (www.4clubbers.net/wap/) or the 4clubbers website.
